Established in 1969 by Ron and Patricia Peskin as a small, family-run delicatessen and restaurant with just 11 employees and 1 delivery truck, Brent’s Deli has become one of the best locations to serve up traditional Jewish recipes, comfort food, and delectable sandwiches that are famous throughout Los Angeles County and Southern California. Over the years, Brent’s Deli family has grown exponentially, and we’re proud to call both Northridge and Westlake Village home.
To better serve our patrons, our Westlake Village restaurant and delicatessen now includes a full-service bar that offers creative cocktails, mimosas, as well as beverages from local breweries and wineries. Join us at Brent’s Bar for a quality drink, and remember to always drink responsibly.

Craft Cocktails, Wine, & Mimosas
From our specialty blood orange margarita to our weekend mimosa flights, Brent’s Bar has a quality drink for everyone. We offer traditional cocktails like a Moscow mule or a bloody mary along with the latest in mixology–like our specialty Valentine’s Day concoction made with gin, champagne, and muddled strawberries!
For wine lovers, we offer a bevy of options for whites and reds and recently started serving the Saddlerock Pinot Noir, Cabernet, and Chardonnay from Malibu Wines. Paired with our bar bites or one of our small plates, you surely won’t want to miss out on this taste of local wine country.
At Brent’s Bar, mornings are for mimosas. Order a traditional OJ and champagne with your breakfast or brunch, or consider our mimosa flight available as a special every weekend to try new juice combinations with this classic favorite.
Brews & Hops
On top of a wide array of choices for cocktails, wine, and mimosas, Brent’s Bar is also proud to offer a wide selection of classic and craft beers on tap! From well-known favorites like Guinness, Stella Artois, and Modelo to craft and seasonal beers from newer breweries, our bar has the hops you need to make it through the mid-week hump.
Our newest addition to the tap is 14cannon’s Changing Seas (4.5% ABV) a wheat beer, or hefeweizen, brewed with fresh plum. For IPA lovers, we also pour the Tyrannicide (7.5% ABV) from 14cannons, a floral beer with notes of simcoe, mosaic, and ekuanot hops.
At Brent’s Bar, we’re also pleased to serve fellow 805-locals Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co. on tap. Among their vast selection of tasty hops, our bar and delicatessen offers their Red Danish Lager and Hoppy Poppy IPA.
Inspired by the red lagers straight from Denmark as well as the Danish town Solvang in the nearby Santa Ynez Valley, the Red Danish Lager (5.5% ABV) from Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co. is an amber beer with caramel malt flavor notes derived from Northern Brewer hops and traditional German Noble hops. Over the last 7 years the Red Danish Lager has won several accolades, but try it for yourself and be the judge!
Also, from Figueroa Mountain Brewing Co., Brent’s Bar pours the Hoppy Poppy (6.5% ABV), a robust IPA with notes of floral bouquet, pine, and citrus. This brew is inspired by the California poppies that bloom on Figueroa Mountain in the spring, and the bright aromas and mellow taste are sure to put a spring in your step. Brewed from Cascade, Columbus, and Centennial hops, the Hoppy Poppy is a well-balanced IPA for connoisseurs and newbies alike.
