When are you going to offer mailing list coupons and discounts? – Sherman W.
We’re currently working on developing special offers for our loyal customers. We recently ran a Facebook offer for a free slice of cheesecake, but we also understand not everyone uses Facebook and other social mediums. We’re still in the process of hashing out the offer, but once we’ve finalized it, we’ll issue the offer through our monthly email newsletter. (To sign up for the newsletter, please click here.) Dear Marc, could you please carry soy cream cheese for your lactose intolerant patrons? I am glad you carry soy milk, but adding soy cream cheese would be a great addition to your menu. — Michelle O.
Michelle, you’re the first person to suggest we should carry soy cream cheese! We decided to start carrying soy milk because another customer requested it, so we’ll look into the possibility of carrying soy cream cheese as well. Thanks for the suggestion!
Hey Marc, why not come out to the Valencia/Santa Clarita area? I think you should take a look at it! If this happens, how about naming a sandwich after me? — Michael G.
Michael, we really appreciate your support and desire for us to come out to the Santa Clarita area! We’re currently looking for a third location — although Santa Clarita isn’t at the top of the list, but it’s certainly a possibility. I came in to about a week ago and saw your new deli form. For future reference, can I order items from your bakery and restaurant as well, using that form? — Gabrielle C.
Gabrielle, great question! We just came out with a new Deli & Bakery To-Go Form, designed to make it more convenient for our customers to order bulk items from our deli and bakery — including fresh meats, cheeses, fish, homemade salads, desserts, and loafs of bread — while they enjoy a meal at one of our two restaurants. You can also use the form to order from our restaurant. The next time you stop by, simply fill out the form at your table, give it to your server, and we’ll bring your order to you before you leave!
