Is Brent’s Deli the best of its kind in Southern California? Readers of the Los Angeles Times think so.
According to the newspaper’s 2012 Readers’ Choice poll, Brent’s Deli has been named the top deli in Southern California.
“Much to the chagrin of some New Yorkers, Brent’s has been hailed as not only the best deli in California, but perhaps No. 1 in the entire United States,” the LA Times writes.
“It’s certainly one of the busiest, with its original Northridge location alone serving more than 1,000 diners (and prepping catering for another thousand) on an average Sunday.”
This year, Brent’s Deli has also been voted the top deli by readers of the Ventura County Star, as well as winner of Best Reuben Sandwich in the 2012 Ventura Blvd. Locals’ Choice Awards.
