When you walk into our Northridge location, it’s hard to miss the smile that’s as bright as her first name.

“I enjoy every part of my job, but my favorite part is interacting with our customers!” manager Crystal Coreas says.
Crystal has been with us for nearly 15 years, initially as a cashier beginning in 1999 when her high school career counselor recommended she apply for a job.
“He must have really liked pastrami sandwiches,” she says, laughing.
In addition to providing tremendous customer service, Crystal plays a key role in creating staff camaraderie.
“Because of the loyalty Brent’s Deli has for its staff and vice versa, we have literally become family,” she says. “When one of us goes through something good or bad, we all go through it together.
“We have a special bond.”
Crystal’s favorite dish is Carie’s Lite Lunch: sliced roasted turkey, avocado and tomatoes with whole wheat bread, which is available on our Lite Menu.
