Kugel With Sauteed Shallots

At Brent’s Deli, our kugel is made from potatoes or noodles, baked to perfection, and served with tasty fried shallots. Creamy in the middle with crispy, flaky edges, kugel is a staple at Passover, Ross Hashanah, and Sabbat celebrations. Matzo Balls
Also known as “kneidlach,” matzo balls are another Jewish cuisine classic–most famously known as the dumplings inside matzo ball soup.
