I’ll be coming here for a long time now at least 20 years but it’s been a long time since I’ve been here for about 3 or 4 years ago. This place has always been good. Today we ordered the half pastrami half soup and half corned beef and matzo ball soup also Latka. It was good the pastrami was perfect and the corned beef sandwich was perfect. Service was great and the place was clean very crowded as usual came here around 10:30 a.m. and more people started coming in. Anyway if you’ve not eaten here I suggest you try it you won’t be disappointed try any of the food on the menu I’m sure they’re all good.

Tried out this deli while on vacation in LA based on the pictures I saw online and was not disappointed at all. This has to be one of the best deli’s ever,as good as NY delis. Everything they do here they do perfectly, From crafting the sandwiches exactly as they should be made, To the friendly Quick service, It was busy during lunch time, Yet I got my order in less than 10 minutes. I had the hot pastrami dip and it was delicious, Perfectly made with nice soft bread and juicy meat. All the food looks great here, And everything’s very high quality. You can’t go wrong coming here. It may be a ways away from where you’re staying but it is well well worth it!

No words to describe this spot. Da Bomb? Ridiculous? Finally a place that can compete with Langers. They don’t have a Russian-style with Cole slaw but they do have a ruben. It’s unbelievable. The waitress advised me to try their pastrami with Cole slaw with an onion roll and it was unbelievable! Their carrot cake was over the edge and I don’t even eat carrots cake!

This place is LEGIT. Some of the best Pastrami, potato salad!, fries, lox, Cole slaw, rye bread, and homemade everything bagel we’ve ever had. And that was on our first time. Nothing to envy to Canter’s, Langer’s, or even New York’s Katz’s. Very impressed. Brent’s #13 was amazing

The most delicious and wonderful lunch spot in Westlake! The ambiance and food is always perfect and on point. Ronnie the owner has owned the restaurant for 50+ years! Not to mention the portions are always deluxe in size so you will never remain unsatisfied when leaving! This place always takes it to another level when it comes to service and taste. From baked goods to their sandwiches and matzo ball soup (especially the fries) yum!. I always leave with a smile on my face and a full belly! This is a must try if you are ever in the Westlake area and in need of a good lunch spot!

I always make a point to stop at Brent’s if passing through Westlake. It is conveniently located right off the 101. The food is delicious and service is always great. They have a huge variety of food to try and deserts/ bakery items to take home. They also have a bar area with seating if you want to watch sports while eating. I’ve never had a bad meal here, and almost always have leftovers because the portions are huge. Try Brent’s Deli, you won’t leave disappointed!

What a treat. The wife and I had lunch here during the Friday rush and had a wonderful experience. The hot pastrami on rye with matzo ball soup and potato salad were legit. The service was impressive as well. A must if you want lunch in the San Fernando Valley.

It’s all really good – whole family loved. I’m pretty averse to sweet taste and the slaw and cabbage soup were a bit too sweet to be considered perfect to me, but everything was still delicious. I’d describe it as easy on the salt.
